Zurich, SwitzerlandAugust 19-21, 2017Here we go again, off to Europe for a few weeks. But first, we had a 12-hour layover in the big apple. We had the wonderful opportunity to meet up with a former bride of mine who has become a friend of ours. We hung out and explored a little and they dropped us off at the airport to catch out flight to Germany where we met up with our traveling best friends, Vlad and Nadia.After arriving in Germany, we got our rental car and straight to Switzerland we went. If you have a bucket list of places to visit, Switzerland must be on your list! It is one of our TOP 5 favorite countries to visit in the world to visit. This is our 6th or 7th time back and definitely not our last. We love the culture, atmosphere, the landscape, and really everything about Switzerland.First stop is Zurich, Switzerland. Zurich culture and atmosphere is so vibrant. It is beautifully located by a river and lake. Zurich is often recognized as one of the worlds most livable cities. Considered the financial capital of Switzerland, you will see men and women in business suits riding bicycles. Also, not considering it was a weekday, there were so many people out and about enjoying the wonderful weather of Zurich. Spend some time people watching in Zurich during your visit to Switzerland.
