Monte-Carlo, Monaco & Mento, FranceAugust 24, 2017The following day, we drove to the tiny independent city-state of Monaco. With its luxe hotels, yacht-lined harbor, and famous Monte-Carlo. Do not be surprised to pay €8 ($9) for a cappuccino. Being a budget-mindful traveler, we made our way back to the harbor area where we visited a local supermarket and selected our lunch for the day. While it's beautiful and all, we are not gamblers nor shopping for a Fendi bag, so we slowly made it to a less touristic town of Menton. Explore the quiet town of Menton while enjoying a gelato in hand. With little tourists flocking to this town, you will enjoy the narrow streets all to yourself. It's truly one of its own and super cute!
