CUENCA, SPAINMARCH 2016We said our goodbyes to our friends in Madrid and continued our journey to Cuenca. Just when you think you have seen it all, you really haven't. That is how I felt about Cuenca. The houses are built on the crazy rocks and its just the most unique view of mother nature + human construction. We hiked our way to St. Paul Bridge to have a good look of Cuenca and the famous hanging houses. This city is full of a lot of charm and just simple beauty. Initially, when we arrived in Cuenca, we were just planning to stop here for lunch and head unto Valencia. Lets just say out lunch was more than a few hours long and well worth the views.
